As we make every effort to be as zero-waste and sustainable as possible, we will not accept same day flower orders placed online, we only cater to next day deliveries - as long as you place your order before 9:00pm the night before. We do this to ensure that each flower in your arrangement is as fresh as possible and to reduce our impact on the environment.
We’ve also said goodbye to plastic and paper wrapping. Be honest, once you receive a bouquet, you throw it out and put the flowers in the vase. Having your arrangement delivered in a vase not only saves the hassle, but you get to keep the vase while also reducing your waste. win win!
Pretty much, you get longer lasting flowers while also reducing the amount of leftover, wilted flowers that end up in the trash. I know, it sucks. You NEED flowers today right? If this is the case, please just call us, sometimes we can accommodate same day delivery.
Plants are a different story. Every plant on our website lives in our studio and taken care of by our in-house green thumb, Pat. They are all available for same day delivery given your order is placed before 11:00am - unless they have sold out. If you have any specific requests for plants, or need to make a large order, please get in touch with Pat at firstname.lastname@example.org
Delivery hours are 8:30am - 6:30pm Monday - Sunday*. Due to the nature of the business, we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times. We will certainly try our best though, so if you need your flowers or plant delivered at a specific time, please let us know in the checkout notes and we will do our best to accommodate.
As the flower markets are not open on Sunday, we need your order placed by 9pm on the preceding Friday.
Please make sure you have provided correct shipping details of the recipient. We thoroughly check all information you have provided, but if we attempt to deliver and the unit number has not been provided or the recipient is not home/not answering their phone, you are not answering your phone and there is nowhere safe to leave the arrangement, we will need to charge a re-delivery fee.
